Hello!
I'm not a great mugen coder, but I've did some creations for the mugen engine which include characters and stages.
If you wish to give a try then check out.
**Characters:
*Cosmic Baton Girl Cometto-san:
She is from Magical Chaser: Stardust of Dreams and is my fist character.
I do know that would be correct call her "Cosmic Baton Girl Kometto-san", but I believe that using the misspeling sounds better and it's just a way to differ from Tokei's Princess Comet which is very different and based in Magical Heroiness Plus.
Unlike her original version, she have expanded moveset and other new features, with this she can be also called "Cometto-san Plus".

*Bibin MC:
Bibin is a character originally from Fushigi Boshi No Futago Hime Gyu and despite being a major antagonist and having a lot of on-screen, she was not popular in Japan.
Despite this, she turned the final boss of Magical Chaser: Stardust of Dreams.
I wished her to have expanded moveset, but for it the character would have been delayed, but later I decided to make a public version more based in the original.
So, Bibin MC (MC stands for "Magical Chaser") was created.
She have few custom stuff, but plays nice.

*Princess Meteo:
She is my third mugen character and a rival of Cometto-san in both Cosmic Baton Girl Cometto-san and Magical Chaser (acting pretty much like a mid-boss before the final battle with Bibin, if played as Cometto-san).
I've got lots of support from Muirtower that the character must be considered as a team work.
She is not quite complete and have several issues which we are fixing.
Hopefully she'll be updated soon.
She have expanded moveset and new moves.

*Kasumin:
She is also called "Kasumi Haruno" and she is a character from Henamon Sekai Kasumin, she was also included in Magical Chaser: Stardust of Dreams.
Originally, I had the interest of adding expanded movesets for her, but I gave up upon realizing that she needed a lot of advanced sprite edits, so I've did her with the moves which she had originally in Magical Chaser.
She have few custom content and the latest version is still in beta stages, but she'll be updated soon:

*Doremi Harukaze:
She is the protagonist of Ojamajo Doremi and also a major playable character in both Magical Heroiness Plus and Magical Chaser: Stardust of Dreams.
However, nobody did a character of her for mugen, despite being a major character (exluding the sprite and sound swap of Aiko Seeno which turned a stupid spanish Doremi).
So, I decided to make my own, also I've got the help of Muirtower to make her super moves.

She is a character from Fushigi Mahou Fan Fan Pharmacy who was also in both Magical Heroiness Plus and Magical Chaser: Stardust of Dreams.
I decided to make a mugen character of her sometime after I did Kasumin.
She don't have expanded moveset, but still have some custom content.

*Kei: She is a character from Parotte!! Fighter, a doujin game for PC made by Retsuzan which parodies characters from different classic fighting games like Street Fighter, Fatal Fury, World Heroes and others.
That character was released in 1st april from 2011 and is slightly incomplete.

I've got the metasequoia keynote and is not possible to get some good poses with her, the model get messed up.
Somebody knows how to fix and improve mqo files?
